I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, making it easy for me to access the city's top attractions. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, providing great customer service throughout my stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

Location was conveniently close to places we wanted to visit. The bed was comfortable and the room had a good air conditioning system. Also, the view from our window was lovely.
The staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. They were very unhelpful when we asked for assistance with our luggage, and they were not accommodating when we asked for basic amenities like toilet paper and clean towels. The breakfast was lackluster and the dining area was not clean. we had a disappointing stay and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were professional and attentive, especially Santhosh and Anup who provided excellent service. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities that one would expect. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a good variety of options to choose from.
My experience at this hotel was fantastic.

The hotel was situated in a fantastic location- very central and close to all amenities. the breakfast was tasty and plentiful- offering a wide variety of options. the room was spacious and well furnished with comfortable beds and clean linen.
There was no hot water for showers in the morning which was a bit annoying.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants and shops. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. the bathrooms are squeaky clean, with all necessary amenities. Breakfast is delicious, with many options to choose from. the view from the room balcony is stunning, overlooking a beautiful cityscape. the hotel also offers excellent facilities, including a pool, gym, and spa.
Some staff can be more attentive to guests' requests.
